About the Director: Sam Clarke (soon to be Sam Harji) has worked in the world of HR for 20 years. Working within heavily unionised environments, high volume manufacturing, bespoke manufacturing and list X companies. I bring a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience that can be applied to any industry and add value to your organisation. I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Chartered MCIPD).
I provide advice, guidance and services on the full employee life cycle: policy advice, update / creation, recruitment, onboarding, contracts, disciplinaries, grievances, as well as HR training, Equal Opportunities and Inclusion, IR35, GDPR, Employee Benefit analysis, Benchmarking salaries, etc
